Our dry curd aged whole milk mozzarella has been smoked to perfection with natural hickory wood smoke. Then it is precisely aged to yield a smooth, slightly nutty flavor. Smoked Isabella is truly unique, very creamy and pleasing to the palate! We suggest pairing this cheese with any dried meats, fruits, pasta salads (go to the recipe section for our mother’s recipe!), burgers, sandwiches and pizza of course!
