Everyone likes the taste of fresh parsley and chive when they arrive in early spring! These two herbs pair perfectly with Fromage Blanc and are a guaranteed crowd pleaser!
Parsley Primavera Pasta Salad
6-8 oz of Parsley Chive Fromage Blanc
½ C Buttermilk
2 T fresh chopped parsley
2 T chopped chives
1 clove garlic chopped or grated
1 T lemon juice
½ lemon rind grated
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pound of pasta cooked and drained (al dente)
Add buttermilk to Parsley Chive Fromage and blend. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Take this mixture and pour over pasta and toss. You may add vegetables of any variety as well as chicken, shrimp, crabmeat, or lobster!
